There is one item which needs to be clarified at the outset. With respect to N162AE, the two Turbomeca Arriel 2S1 engines attached to the helicopter and being sold bear manufacturer's serial numbers 20040 and 20533TEC. In that regard, see the Aircraft Purchase Agreement and Exhibit A thereto. Although I do not recall the historical details, I do know that the engine bearing MSN 20045 is not owned by ASI Wings, tIC and, does not relate to N162AE. Thus, an engine search is needed for MSN 20533TEC. I am advised by Darren Indyke of Freedom Air International, Inc. that your IR department is assisting Freedom Air in being licensed as a transacting user entity on the IR. If you can do so through your people, please let us know the status. We are advised that both parties to these transactions have forwarded the necessary closing documents and you should receive them tomorrow. As of late this morning, the closing of these two transactions is scheduled to commence on Monday, July n th at 10:00 am Oklahoma City time.
