Good job. A few thoughts: I would eliminate the first sentence of para 2. Is there another way to deal with the issue in para 3 without this in the plea agreement ? Do we need pare 10? Isn't para 11 sufficient without 10? Is it our place to include para 13 in this agreement? I think it belongs in the state agreement and it looks out of place here.
