John advised that an 80 foot wide building would not fi= on the sight - we presumed you are proposing to place this building where=the current Buck Steel building sits - due to space restrictions. The buil=ing they designed has a maximum width of 74 feet. To increase to 80 =eet you would have to excavate into the driveway leading to the Iguana cro=sing and to your Main compound driveway. They avoided this area beca=se of the electrical and other underground infrastructure that runs under =hat driveway.
