JP has no issue with the abutment, so your suggesti=n to flip the position of the building to as close to the edge as possible=should not be challenged when the permit application is submitted. 2. JP is not certain at this time if the permit applicati=n for this new building should be a minor permit or a major permit. =ohn is requesting a minor permit, as the new building is simply a replacem=nt of two existing buildings.
