Lawrence, Courtney and I just got off the phone with Cindy Jewett. Although=she maintained her refusal to show us a copy of the report before the decis=on is made, she did say that she expected that the recommendation would inc=ude some sort of finding or discipline—so you are not, it seems, going to be fully exonerate=. She wouldn't say more than that on the substance, but she s=id that you should receive the report "imminently," which s=e said means this week.
