An internal Bureau of Prisons memo dated July 2019 documenting procedures for feeding Jeffrey Epstein his "common fare" (religious dietary) meal in the attorney conference room at MCC New York.
This is an internal memorandum from a Cook Supervisor to Rocco Lupo, the Food Service Administrator at Metropolitan Correctional Center New York. The memo documents an incident on July 20, 2019 when a lieutenant requested that Epstein receive a regular meal in the attorney conference room. The cook supervisor clarified that Epstein was on a "common fare" diet (a kosher/religious meal program in federal prisons) and coordinated with the unit (9S - Special Housing Unit) to deliver the correct meal to the attorney conference room. This document provides insight into Epstein's daily prison routine and the coordination required between departments during his detention.
