An internal Federal Bureau of Prisons memorandum from July 23, 2019, in which a cook supervisor at MCC New York clarifies information about Jeffrey Epstein being fed meals in an attorney conference room rather than in his cell or regular dining area.
This is an official Bureau of Prisons memo from the Office of the Warden at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York, addressed to Rocco Lupo, the Food Service Administrator. A cook supervisor is documenting for the record that while they were informed on July 23, 2019 that Epstein was being fed in the attorney conference room, they never stated that their supervisor instructed this arrangement. The memo appears to be part of internal documentation about Epstein's special treatment at MCC, which later became a focus of the DOJ Inspector General's investigation into his death.
