However,=with that said, since it is the first year these forms are filed for the founders and there are attachments that need to be included with t=e forms that illustrate Apollo's structure, I thought it would be =est practices if we can provide a bit more guidance. Therefore, I wa= able to convince Deloitte to provide pro-forma 8865 with the relevant attachments for 2015 only. They started worki=g on this last week and will have it ready at the end of this week (Sept 2=rd). They will also make themselves available to walk the=home offices and their accountants through the forms and attachments the following week. They will be able to l=verage these proforma forms for all the other years. From speaking to LB4>=99s office, they have already started completing their 2015 Form 8865 base= on the footnote we provided, but will wait for our proforma forms to compare/check with theirs.
