Option A: Cornice band and exposed beams finished in stucco (EFIS). Option B: Cornice and architrave band (upper and lower bands) finished in stucco (EFIS) Beams finished in stone veneer. Option 8 will cost an estimated plus/minus $30,000 for the additional stone veneer and the required steel angle support. Actual cost will be determined once sent to bid.
