This two-page document contains an internal email and memorandum from a forensic psychologist with the U.S. Public Health Service at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The memo directs the Lieutenant's Office at Metropolitan Correctional Center New York to remove inmate Jeffrey Epstein (register #76318-054) from suicide watch and place him on psychological observation. This decision came just 31 hours after Epstein's first apparent suicide attempt on July 23, 2019, and 17 days before his death on August 10, 2019.
