Internal email chain between SDNY prosecutors and defense attorney Brendan F. Quigley regarding an ongoing federal investigation connected to Jeffrey Epstein, spanning from February 2020 to May 2021.
This document contains redacted email correspondence between federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and Brendan F. Quigley, a former SDNY prosecutor who appears to be representing an unnamed client connected to the Epstein investigation. The emails discuss scheduling calls about 'the case,' handling requests from civil attorneys seeking to serve subpoenas or document requests on Quigley's client, and coordination between federal investigators and defense counsel. The heavily redacted nature of the document suggests it involves sensitive witness or subject information from the active federal investigation that followed Epstein's 2019 arrest and death.

I don't think we ordinarily en a e on that type of question, but given that we have been in touch with you in connection with our interview of if you'd like we can pass along your contact info, so that the attorney goes to you rather than attempting to contact or serve directly. And if not, of course no problem, and we'll just let him know that we're not able to comment one way or the other on the status of any counsel. Whatever you prefer.
