Internal DOJ email from December 2020 showing a federal prosecutor's trial schedule, revealing coordination of several high-profile SDNY cases including prosecutions related to the Steve Bannon border wall fraud, the MCC guards who failed to monitor Jeffrey Epstein, and Giuliani associate Lev Parnas.
This document is an internal email chain between U.S. Attorney's Office prosecutors for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) discussing trial scheduling for the 'Doud' case in late 2020. The email reveals a prosecutor's 'chaotic summer schedule' for 2021, listing four major upcoming trials: U.S. v. Steve Bannon et al. (We Build the Wall fraud), U.S. v. Noel (MCC Epstein guards falsifying records), U.S. v. Adams (MCC guard bribery), and U.S. v. Lev Parnas et al. (campaign finance violations). The document provides a rare inside look at how federal prosecutors prioritize and juggle multiple high-profile cases.

Noel (MCC Epstein guards) (1 week) - 8/16: U.S. v. Adams (MCC guard bribery) (1 week) - U.S. v. Lev Parnas et al (2-3 weeks) = was scheduled for March but judge moving it to some times in August — October 2021. I'll know in the next week or two what the date is. I'm not thinking I'll be able to do all of these. Doud would be top 3 trial for me but probably not #1.
