In this regard, we make the following representations: I. The full name of the Applicant LLC is HYPERION AIR, LLC (the "LLC"). 2. The jurisdiction in which the LLC is lawfully organized is the United States Virgin Islands. 3. The effective date of the LLC is October Li, 2012. 4.
