Hancock wants the use of ISO for free, I spoke to Billy Bolhke, he said he would charge Michael Hancock and extra $2,000 for his fuel purchase and credit our account the $2,000 for future fuel purchase, since Bolhke is making money for the fuel sales to Hancock and both need our ISO tank to make this work. Do you approve of Hancock using the ISO tank and you get $2,000 credit with Bolhke?
