I left work with a medical record that states that I cannot work for three months. I understand that it was a long time but in every companies the manager gets sick and they have their rights. I went to my job one and a half month ago and they didn't give me back my job because you said that I was fired. I went to Ginna's office and I want to know if this is true yes or no. I don't think that you can fire me just like that or doesn't it have laws. They put an employee full time since I left and it was my aunt.
