Keep in mind that a lot of transactions are not reported as they involve large cash components. Even with respect to the reported transactions most of the time there is a cash component that is not reported. That said, the majority of the reported transactions are in the $1,000 plus psf range. Anything less than that (only a few) either involves a Mezannine space that they count toward the sf, or does not reflect a part of the transaction that was in cash. David J.
