I'm over my head consumed every hour of the day closing this film deal for pacino and the funding of "arbitrage" which just collapsed and reactivated with my financier in the last 2 hrs. Major pain in the butt. In the unlikely case you want to put up 2.5mm with me personally putting up 1mm into a scenario where we are unlikely to lose money and you could produce the movie I could send you a whole bunch of info- else I have to go shoot this damn thing in louisiana in april! So I'm just on the case of that and the script right now but I will call you tomorrow. I hope you have been well, Jeffrey, and you're in my thoughts. Xo nick EFTA_R1_01473934 EFTA02412342
