I understand your desire to exclude some or all=of the C Check expense. My concern is that delivering the aircraft with = fresh C2C inspection has always been something that we have agreed to inc=ude in the deal, both verbally and in our written counter offers. We run=the risk of being perceived as changing the deal and this will, most likel=, not go over well. <1=> I understand that the C inspection is a significant =xpense; however, from a market value standpoint, it does not add a lot of =alue to the aircraft as it is required to keep the aircraft in an airworth= condition. The plane cannot be flown without completing it. <1=> I believe =hat there is another component of the C inspection due in 12 months —= and the buyer is aware of this. &=bsp; let me know your thoughts regarding a c=unter offer.
