I am nothing short of amazed, given that I have done little national media so far.. anyway, will hopefully help with divorce.. :) (2) Got a call from the Chairman of the National Science Board yesterday informing me that I have been awarded the National Science Board's Public Service Award (the governing board of the National Science Foundation and advisory board on science for the President and Congress), their highest award for "substantial contributions to increasing public understanding of science and engineering in the United States". (a subject I know you care about a lot. :) ).. The award will be be delivered at a black tie dinner at the State Department in Washington DC May 3, 2012. Wanted to share. Lawrence M.
