permit. I would suggest some changes prior to constructing, but not now as there will be further changes before things are final. You can get the permit and make some motion to start foundations. Paul has been handling getting the permits for me in the past in a timely manner. The SPA plans areforthcoming, will forward as soon as ready,No CZM permit.
