Brice's Cottage • Upstairs is complete • Tiling to be completed by end of the day on Wednesday (Nov. 23`°). Grout will be done next week • Electrical and Plumbing are basically complete just need to install fixtures. This will happen after tiles completely done • Kitchen work will be done after the tile is in as well. Everything is on site. • There will need to be some outside grading work done as the drainage is an issue. All water is draining towards the house. Tom has that scheduled to do next week. • Overall — Tom is anticipating be complete in 3 weeks. Five Palms Here is the additional information and decisions that have to be made: • Flooring — are we going with wood or tile or something else. As stated before the greenheart is not suitable for that area • Window above the millwork piece. The millwork piece going in there is 16' 8" and the ceiling is 18'. Take into consideration the flooring and there is not a lot of room for a window. What would you like to do? • Interior walls — original plan was to go with'/. in stucco. Is that still what you want? • Ceiling — is here a piece of art or a tapestry going on the ceiling? If so what type of lighting • Electricity — are we going with permanent power or generator?
