good afternoon both, this morning my staff was out on the water and observed three concrete trucks on the top of the island (see the picture below). in addition, we have received reports from the public that trucks are working on the island. can some one please explain what is taking place on the island? moreover, can someone explain why activities involving concrete trucks are taken place when the activities listed in the permit that was just collected monday don't authorize the pouring of any concrete? regards, 2P lean-Pierre L.
