ALAI llpassed the information to the Swedish National Police of the upcoming MLAT and has asked them to admonish and/ or see if SUBJECT 1 would be willing to speak to the FBI, once the official MLAT is received. If SUBJECT 1 is willing to speak to the FBI, FBI NY is requesting SP ly to Legat Copenhagen, Sub Office Stockholm to assist with the interview due to the complexity of tracking the emails back to SUBJECT 1. ALAahas advised this is cleared by Legat Copenhagen. ALAI equested the interview date be 02/06-02/07/2020 depending on logistics and availability of the Swedish National Police and SUBJECT 1. FBI NY is requesting the funds and authorization for SP travel to Stockholm, Sweden, if SUBJECT 1 consents to an interview by the FBI.
