Several have gone to a detective at the Sheriffs Office and they are asking more victims to go in. Also, he is being investigated by the Bureau of Financial Investigations for the State of Florida. This is part of the Office of Financial Regulation. A victim told me the investigator said he does not have the authority to seek out victims, but that he wants everyone who thinks they were cheated by Mike in his capacity as a broker/investment professional to come to him. Everyone I have talked to says the authorities seem very interested in Mike's activities. Finally, one victim's lawyer found several gambling judgments against Mike at Trump's, and that he was denied a gaming license in Las Vegas years ago. She said he is not welcomed in Las Vegas. I don't see any advantage for me to come forward to either PBSO of the State investigator. If approached I will tell the truth (with lawyers present), but why get my name in the papers associated with this deal in it is not needed.
