December 20, 2010 Mr. Epstein, As you requested after our conversation last week we have put together a proposal for the "Ranch" and its staffing needs as we see it. This is just a rough idea for you of what we do already: Wendy *Main House —Housekeeping, cleaning and supplies *Ranch Central- General Appearance of buildings (painting) *Bunk House— Housekeeping, Cleaning and upkeep *Lodge, Log Cabin, Caboose and Yurt — general upkeep and cleaning * Stables — Complete care of horses and other livestock. Including feed schedules, health and welfare, riding and providing lessons (English/Western) all upkeep of tack and supplies and cleaning. *Greenhouse — All plants located all over the ranch and seasonal outside planting *Office — Mail dispersal (possible future accounting) Manolito *Main House- HVAC/ Mechanical - repairs and maintenance *Main House — Pool maintenance and upkeep *Ranch Central — irrigation — installation, maintenance and repairs *Ranch Central — Oversee all grounds upkeep and maintenance and repairs on buildings *Mechanical Shop —All vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs *Machine Operator — Road repair and maintenance throughout the whole ranch *Purchase supplies for the ranch Steve *Ranch Central — Grounds Maintenance *Wood Shop — Repairs and maintenance on furniture and fences *Stables — Assist Wendy with feeding and riding and animal upkeep *Longhorns — Health and welfare of (4) longhorn cattle, and (1) Black Baldy momma — due to calf 2/2011 *Assist at Main house with inside and outside lighting *Assist Manolito and Wendy in whatever is needed on the ranch We feel that hiring (4) employees we would be covered in all aspects of the ranch (1) Female to help clean the Main House (2) Female to help clean ranch central and other locations on the ranch as well as paint and plant in the greenhouse and seasonal planting (3) Male experienced in auto mechanics to assist with equipment and vehicles (4) Male to help with general grounds maintenance and upkeep of the ranch We would like to thank you again for taking time to talk and discuss things about the Ranch with us when you were here.
