The Court's No Contact Order (DE 238) shall not preclude Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein, from attending Plaintiffs, Jane Does 2-8' mediations or trials of these case. 2. The Parties shall not be required to appear in the same room at the mediation1 and need not have any face-to-face contact. They may remain throughout the course of the mediation in separate rooms within the mediator's offices. Both the Defendant and the Plaintiffs shall undertake reasonable efforts to avoid any contact with each other during the course of the mediation.
