The Court entered a no contact order which may apply to Jane Does 2-8, DE 238. 2. Plaintiffs' counsel and Plaintiffs, Jane Does 2-8 have no objection to Mr. Epstein attending mediations and trials. 3. Therefore, Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein, in an abundance of caution requests that the court enter the attached proposed Agreed Order which shall not preclude him from attending Jane Does' mediations or the trials of these cases.
