My online course is going strong, we are assembling a slate of little cameos on poetry (going for various actors we know--John Lithgow, Will Smith, Robert Di Niro, )Larry wants me to go for all the living Presidents, but I find this ostentatious) and I would really be so thrilled if Woody would have a five minute conversation with me, on video, about the William Carlos Williams poem we discussed in your plane, the one that begins This is just to say I have eaten the plums that were in the icebox I could bring a camera person to New York ( I will be there taping on Whitman, and beginning a William Carlos Williams shoot as well ) and it would take 5 minutes.
