From May 2007 to October 2008, Mr. Dorsey served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, Inc. Mr. Dorsey also currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Twitter. Mr. Dorsey is committed to his CEO roles at both Square and Twitter, and while he does not have minimum time commitments at either company, he will be devoting significant time, attention, and efforts to both companies.
