Starting Dec 15th clients who login into Netcapture will be presented with a banner message asking them to download the latest version of software. Instructions will be provided in the banner message as well. This is strictly a software update to meet the vendors and bank security requirements. On first re-launch, a prompt will appear with the option to select e-mail deposit confirmations. This will provide them with a confirmation e-mail of successfully submitted transmissions. To guarantee continued uninterrupted service for your client, they must update their software by January 31", 2017. After this date, the client will no longer be able to access to the software. Attached are the instructions for downloading the updated version as well. As of today, some of your clients below has not upgraded yet.
