At one time he filled out an application that was forwarded to LSJ that had previous employers and personal references. I don't know where that may be, but he is providing that information to me again tomorrow morning. EFTA_R1_00202047 EFTA01827029
The deal we struck with him was that we anticipated the project would take approximately 10 weeks. I was initially more conservative at 12 weeks, knowing that rock can come out slow, but I was instructed to submit it at 10 weeks. Alain agreed to hold his price for as long as it took to remove the excavation from the Mechanical Building site. He has spent about 6 to 7 weeks on this task. As you are aware, Dan pulled him off this job periodically to complete other island tasks. I would estimate that, once we commence excavation again, it will take three weeks to clean up the site. Alain has been paid for eight weeks under our lease agreement. This encompassed the time from 1/9/08 to 3/5/08. I don't know what other info you desire on his truck. Let me know or ask him directly tomorrow. I would be glad to provide a reference on his behalf... Do I count...? Let me know if you desire any additional information. Thanks!
