Over the past several days there have been some very unflattering press reports with regard to Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, he is currently the lead story on the Drudge report. Although these negative story are unrelated to his financial dealings, I am very uncomfortable on boarding Mr. Epstein as a GME client at DB. I believe that these alleged accounts of pedophilia concerning Mr. Epstein have the potential to cause reputation risk to DB if he were on boarded as a GME client. My understanding is that AWM has on boarded Mr. Epstein, however, I am very uncomfortable advising GME to do the same. I am happy to further discuss with you.
