Unfortunately, the Income Execution is not yet closed in our office. We are waiting to hear back from Mr. Epstein's attorney, Barry Fertel. Since it is Mr. Fertel who hired the Marshal to enforce the judgment, we can only take direction from his office. We have made numerous attempts to contact him but he has failed to respond. I would suggest informing Mr. Epstein to contact Mr. Fertel and instruct him accordingly. I will keep you posted and hope you do the same.
