"Investment P&L" shall mean, with respect to an Investment for a fiscal year, the net realized and unrealized gains or losses for such Investment for such fiscal year (taking into account the expenses related thereto), determined on a marked-to-market basis in accordance with the Firm's Valuation Policies. eee. "Investments" shall mean the investments owned or hereafter acquired from time to time by any of the Funds as determined in the discretion of the Managing Member. ff.
