The Bougainvillea are currently 36" wide or so, and if planted 6' on center would have only required 55-58 plants, not factoring in the Clusia, Confederate jasmine, etc. If the spacing is closer, obviously more plants would be required. I'd suggest adjusting the spacing, as it appears that the Bougs arc packed in pretty tight- I'd spread them out. Just my first thoughts from looking at Daphne's photos- I'll make the trip over as soon as possible to get a better look at everything.
