Dock Maintenance WE need an as-built of the dock which shows the engineering details so that the agencies can see what we are permitting. We can get Ryan Wisehart to draw the RO line and I can provide the details of the intake. We will file for a minor modification and maintenance for the dock with both CZM and COE since the dock is in good standing on its permits. This should take between 30 and 60 days to get the permit from both agencies. It will take me only about another week to get everything together for the application. We have completed the field survey and are going to include an acsecsment of the existing condition around the bay so that the agencies can know the condition of the area surrounding the dock that pre- existed the purchase.
