He said they are unable to provide financing. They don't want the balance sheet risk and their capital markets guys say that they can't place it if JPM won't at least lead it and for now, they won't. McCabe said that JPM is not good at out-of-the-box executions, especially in there sent environment. He said that they will not be representing anyone else nor will they finance anyone else.
