We probably need to object also, citing the fact PNC has never produced the bank account records that show we revieved the loan money. I also think we have to allege fraud by Mike Hardman and unidentified officers of the bank (Fidelity Federal) & state that the bank account records are being kept from us to cover up the bank's involvement. Under no circumstances do I want to get caught unprepared and have the court set a trial date so this case can be pushed along just to clear the docket (you & I know that will happen with Eddie & John Hoy in there). We probably need to discuss this. You can call Barbara to set up a consult time via telephone or I can come to your office. Lastly, I see the suit against Mike Hardman was dismissed voluntarily but there is no notice of refiling. The basis for the filing was that Mike had sold 2 peices of real estate, thus enabling an immediate demand for the balance due. We can discuss this also. Hope the holidays were good.
