I explained that it does not need one since it is not engaged in any business. VIPA's Atty Can wants the advice of DLCA. Maybe Maria can sight something to head them off. 2. OPTION 5 - Mills is willing to look at the other options in concert with us in a meeting to be arranged. 3. FUEL PAD - Mills said that the committee does not like the location (West of the helipad) since the helipad may get busy at some later point.
