The Portal at the Lodge needs some work. The main bracing underneath the deck has collapsed. Northern end of the deck has moved approximately 6 inches away from the main structure The main canopy is at a 8% lean down the hill Perviously it looked like the whole deck needed to be replaced, 50K plus Verbal estimate Jose from Solano Builders figures he can refurbish without totally destroying deck. 4 of the 6 main up right posts will be replaced along with Roofing etc. Estimated cost to repair $14,830.00 Propose flat price of 14k? how do you wish to proceed.
