Under Permit # VI0040525, LSJE is required to file quarterly reports for the RO plant with both the local and US Environmental Protection Agency offices for the LSJE permit. These filings were traditionally filed in paper form, but starting this year, the filings will be completed electronically. May I contact Mr. Benjamin Keularts of the local Environmental Protection Agency office for assistance? Mr. Keularts and Mr. Wayne Donadelle are the persons that monitor the RO plants in the Virgin Islands.
