Please ask Jean Luc to forward those to you. If he does not have them, I will forward you my copies. We believe that the postings on Google were complete fabrications. Shortly after the Rothstein implosion, the postings were removed. I am not sure of the process in which the postings either were made or the process under which they were removed. If I subpoena Google, it may take me a substantial period of time to obtain the information. On the other hand, because you represent Jean Luc and can write on his behalf, you may be able to speak with a customer service attorney who may be more likely to work with you to provide the information.
