Confirming I/ Frank Bond can proceed with filing an amendment to the present Settlement Agreement ( Dakota Well ) before the WRD. Changing the present well location stated in the settlement agreement to the new location shown in the attachment. In doing so this will cut down on infrastructure costs. 2.
