I hope this finds you well. I am attaching some photos of windows and other maintenance that needs done here at Ranch Central. There approximately 10 windows (white paint) that are in desperate need of replacing on the Bunkhouse and the grey window that is falling and broken is on the Yellow Staff house (unoccupied). It also needs approximately 6 new windows. The picture of the horse shelter (red) needs attention. There are 2 shelters. My suggestion would be to cover them in painted pro-panel.(metal of the same color that it is currently painted) This will stop the deterioration of the wood structure itself and alleviate the need to have it painted every other year.
