They are still living in their house because they have an attorney that has been holding off the foreclosure for a while. Seems like to foreclose, the bank needs the original loan documents, and since the loan has been sold many times the paperwork went missing. The attorney told them that she could probably get them three year of delays. (that was at least a year ago) They pay the attorney like $500 a month for this honorable service. I'm not sure if Hank is making much. After the three years, I guess they'll be looking for a refrigerator box. Last I knew, Hank was working for a company that was selling (or trying to sell) controls for AC systems that would cycle the compressors to save energy costs without reducing cooling. It is a good idea but not a lot of people were willing to buy the controllers. Penny wise, and a bad economy. The stuff can really pay off for places like bowling alleys, supermarkets, movie theaters, etc where there are big cooling needs. Heard you were out in the Hamptons. I had the boat in Sag Harbor. It was a test run. I finished installing a new hydraulic steering system in the boat, and new autopilot. (what else do I have to do?) I can now steer the boat with jog sticks (pilot house or flying bridge) . The steering wheels still operate but will only be used for small adjustments when docking, etc. Also, this is the first time since I own the boat (11 years now) that under autopilot the boat goes like an arrow. The prop trails behind me were always a slight steady snaking, now they are perfect straight lines. Ahhh!
