She found a number a the hammers where sticking and as she mentioned to you last year, tuning pins where loose. She was unable to tune the upper register to the level she really wanted and recommended that work needed to be done I asked if she could forward an estimate, which is attached. It is quite hard to read, hence what follows is a breakdown Replace loose timing pins - 6 hrs @ $100 per hr $600.00 Action Keys - Rebush Frnnt - as needed $200.00 Rebush Balance - as needed $200.00 Recondition etc Hammers $400.00 2 Trip Charges @ $100 each $200.00 Tuning $250.00 SubTotal $1,850.00 Tax $112.16 Total $1,962.16 The liming Action is to be removed, once in the shop there are frequently additional repairs that need to be made.
