This is for Bay City Capital (our merchant bank in biotech). We have just hired one full time person who lives in NY. She was a senior investment banker at Citigroup. One office is for her, the others for visitors, partners etc. We can obviously find office space in NY. But in a situation like this, if for no other reason, there may be value in officing with other people in hopes of keeping your sanity.
