Since we have quite a few items for all apartments, we thought would be best to design (2) complete models so it would be easier to visualize it. Once you revise the information, we can make other proposals within the same format, if approved, and receive payments for only the finished apartments, instead of keeping items without knowing what is going to be selected for each unit. Also we are holding a very large quantity of items in stock, and our manager is asking for a deposit based in the whole amount of the furniture for the apartments, otherwise we will have to release the items within 48 hours.
