Per Ms. Marrero of the VIPA Management office, the pump was changed and pvc was changed. JR confirmed that the water pressure at the laundry, kitchen and bath sinks and garden hose is strong and steady, the toilet flushed and filled with no issue, and the spots that show signs of water settlement on the floor are all dry.
