If you are referring to a USPTO Trademark Search, then I have done a very quick search of the Trademark Register for Live Marks with the Words Capri or Capri Shoes. Nothing came up at all for Capri Shoes, but several live trademarks which include the word Capri came up for shoes, or sandals or footwear, accessories or clothing. I have attached the search results relating to Capri for the foregoing goods for JE to review. Also, if we are not talking about Capri for use in connection with the sale of shoes, I also ran a general search without reference to any kind of goods for live trademarks including the word Capri and have attached that separately. If JE wants me to investigate any particular mark further, let me know.
